"Anne,
Thank you for inspiring my golf to new heights and helping to overcome my fear of flying.
Sue Spencer - Staffordshire "
''A few years ago I was at a senior tournament and though playing well was struggling with my putting. Anne offered to help and immediately introduced me to positive recall, where I was to access memories of successful putting.
Anne also looked at me holistically and offered to help me improve my sleep pattern. We talked on the telephone and by email then she sent me a personalised tape/CD specifically for sleep. This helped alleviate the stress I did not realise I was retaining
Success with these tapes prepared me for the next stage, a tape/CD to improve my confidence and concentration on the golf course. We held long distance communications so that Anne could assess what would be just the right approach for me. Her success shows in the fact that I made the England Senior team the following year.
I also gave up smoking with Anne's help. Having tried most ways of giving up over the years including hypnotism and discs for self hypnosis, gum and tablets I thought I would struggle. Anne and I discussed all aspects of my need to smoke. We arranged a date when I would be in her area (we are more than three hours apart) and I duly arrived.
Having emptied all signs of cigarettes including lighters and matches from my car and bag Ann hypnotised me, gave me a personalised CD and sent me off. I have not smoked since and it is over two years. The thought ‘I fancy a cigarette' has crossed my mind a few times but more an ‘intellectual thought' than a ‘gut feeling' need. I have never really felt tempted since that day.
Anne's help has had a knock on effect on my life in general. I am more confident in other areas of my life and have given up the ‘guilt' feeling which overshadowed my life. That feeling that I should be doing this or that instead of what I was doing. I have become able to enjoy the ‘now'.
